PsEyeFlow #25 - Chromatic Horizon. (Matte Canvas, Framed (Multi-color))

In this image, I created a powerful picture the eye picturing against a bright backdrop of a movement like watercolor or fluid art. He also used the whole organ of the eye itself working round from a brilliant scarlet at the centre to a brilliant iridescent rainbow on the outer peripheral circle in a most psychedelic manner. The pupil is oval and black, seductive, attracting attention and contrasting with the simultaneously bright and outlined by a black frame iris. By having pastel hues surrounding the background it evokes themes of the eye and ideas such as instinct, see and there is even a hint of the link to the unconscious mind. Perhaps the rhythm of the environment’s oscillation refers to the change of sentiments and ideas by onlookers, which hints at relativity. This interplay of eye and the object creates a prod to the viewers to think deeper about what observation really means.

Taken all together, the image provokes a desire to know how we all perceive and in a way, process the world in colours and shapes.
