PsEyeFlow 4 - Chromatic Vision. (Matte Canvas, Stretched, 1.25")
A great example of use of both colour and distinction that creates an art piece, Chromatic Gaze turns the human eye into a prism filled with brilliant shades of the rainbow. The artwork has the common black edge of the eye and brightly painted iris making it look interesting while playfully showing the effects of the iris in different lighting. Similarly, all sub-spirals which compose the iris look like they might be filled with a life, perception, and even again the idea of the boundary for a creative imagination.
The backdrop is pastel colours and is moving in a slow motion which creates a perfect background for the focused eye which is bold. Using a graphic Tablet this piece is technical grounding combined with imaginative elements.
This artwork draws the viewer immediately into the sight, and the emotions that are monitored here are admiration, curiosity and reflection.
